As Town Engineer, CORE has provided engineering and full range of engineering services, as needed for the Town of Elizabeth, Colorado (the Town) for over a decade.

Through the years, CORE has supported the Town in retaining its small-town appeal while supporting public infrastructure development to better serve residents. Projects have included plan reviews, transportation master planning, CIP planning, street improvements, GIS development, drainage, roadway, waterline and grading design, and construction administration.

The largest project to date involved comprehensive mapping and analysis of the Town’s master drainage/storm sewer system.

Additionally, CORE provided a full range of civil engineering services for the Town’s 2020 Street Improvement project, which encompassed improvement plans and public outreach for four local streets within the Town, and driveway and drainage improvements on private lots.
