Shops at Stapleton Crossing

The Shops at Stapleton Crossing is a 1-acre commercial in-fill development in Stapleton, Colorado, situated at the corner of Montview and Central Park Boulevard. CORE worked with the area development council, City and County of Denver (CCD) staff, and neighboring community representatives to develop a viable project for the businesses and the Stapleton Colorado community.

Bussing schedules and pedestrian impacts were a paramount concern to residents. A bus stop immediately adjacent to the project required the redesign of one side of this commercial development to allow for simple and safe access to shopping for all modes of transportation.

Special detailing along the Montview side of the project screened the Starbucks drive-thru operations and dampened noise. In the end, all entities were pleased with the effort CORE made to make this a successful and pleasing commercial development project.
