ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS DESIGN AMONG THE PINES

Legacy Pines East | Franktown, CO

Land Development - Civil Engineering, Land Surveying

Legacy Pines East Phase II is a 101-acre single-family residential site development in Franktown, Colorado. The project consists of 11 custom homes on lots with a minimum size of three acres.

CORE provided civil engineering and land surveying services which included site development, construction administration, field surveys, construction staking, subdivision plats, and easements. Out of the normal scope of services, CORE was also tasked with preserving the sagebrush and native topography and minimally impacting the overall 101-acre site development while developing the lots and infrastructure.

About Legacy Pines

Legacy Pines is an exclusive residential site development located in Douglas County, Colorado featuring 17 spacious home sites, spectacular mountain views, and nearly 203 acres of open space. Legacy Pines is located just East of Castle Rock and minutes South of Parker, allowing convenient access to shopping, schools, parks, and the I-25 corridor, while maintaining the appeal of an estate home on acreage to ensure privacy and enjoyment of Colorado’s magnificent Front Range.

Home sites within Legacy Pines range from 2.86 acres to 5.74 acres and boast nearly three acres of open space for every one acre of buildable land. Open space is linked by a trail system within Legacy Pines, providing residents the opportunity to connect to the natural environment and to the existing Cherry Creek trail system.
