Land Development - Civil Engineering, Land Surveying
Legacy Pines East Phase II is a 101-acre single-family residential site development in Franktown, Colorado. The project consists of 11 custom homes on lots with a minimum size of three acres.

Out of the normal scope of services, CORE was also tasked with preserving the sagebrush and native topography and minimally impacting the overall 101-acre site development while developing the lots and infrastructure.
