CORE regularly works with cities, counties, and municipalities, serving as an extension of their team to provide on-call services. After many years of processing development review plans, Commerce City selected CORE to support general engineering, land surveying, and environmental projects. CORE also assists Public Works and the City’s Development Review Team to verify that new development within the City is designed and constructed to the City’s standards, specifications, and codes. CORE works closely with the City on many challenging development projects including larger master-planned communities that require extensive and complex coordination between many City departments. At any given time, CORE reviews over a dozen projects in various stages of completion.
